Loving this service, a ton of features that put the competition to shame.

I aboslutely love this app! I have tried many before that are like it, but none of them do it like maphook! It really is quite the app. Plus, its free! I recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

This is an awesome app so far....Im liking it!

Fantastic app so far, really enjoying it. Running it on the 3GS in iOS4. The app is very quick and is really intuitive. In reference to FourSquare theres really no comparison, love the MapHook service.

The app is really great, and has a nice community. It just needs to fix its twitter linking problem and then its golden!

This app is amazing as far as location apps go. Much better than FBs "check-in" system. /shudder. Keep up the great work!

Awesome app! Love the privacy option for keeping an online location & photo based journal. Great for family trips, nights out & business trips.

Unbearably slow to load, & saddled with a clunky interface. General uselessness of the pins the system did find helped contribute to the overall fruitlessness of the experience. Wouldnt recommend downloading it.

I had this app referred to me and at first I had some questions. I took the time to play around with the app and it has some great features you wont find from other social networking sites.

I love MapHook and it just keeps getting better! It is user-friendly, fun and the quickest location-based app I’ve encountered. (which is important when you’re out and about) MapHook turns ordinary trips into adventures and just makes chronicling what I’m up to extremely fun.

I have used similar apps, notably Gowalla, and the features of Maphook are unrivaled. If you are interested in taking the dive into location-based apps, but want to limit access to your info to family / friends / etc., this is the app for you. Plus, the depth of features and info about each site is without peer. Enjoy!

I like Maphook for the ability to share an event that Ive been to. The use of photos is a good way for people to get a sense of what went on. The developers are incredibly responsive. This is a great social app. Cant wait for more enhancements!

So sociable. And Im an anti-social. This app WANTS me to share with friends, family, strangers adrift in the cyber sea, even nemisises...nemisisi...enemies. Easy to use, easy to maintain, it makes sure that all can see when I put the bah to the humbug! Thanks maphook! I am now a more sociable, friendlier curmudgeon!

In a world inundated by social networking, one might think that adding another would be redundant. However, MapHook has the unique ability to allow you to create stories out of multiple postings in order to create a more complete picture. With the new integration of groups, its easier than ever to connect with people that share common interests. You can add a map location as well as pictures. The section on restaurants provides an easy to use form to rate your experience for other users. A fantastic service. I highly recommend it.

One of my favorite social apps. Its fun and utilitarian. Thanks to Maphook I can get tons of information about the area Im in from people who are a lot like me! Thanks Maphook!

But this app keeps crashing.

Great app for creating and sharing events of things that I am doing, and also seeing other hooks and events from my area. The integration with yelp, groupon, wikipedia is very cool! Definitely give this app a try.
